Just looked closer. See the way your sides are canoeing. Did it start out like that, if so, you could of caught it earlier by watching for that very early on. It's called "the claw", it starts out from nutelock out, first nute is magnesium, if you can catch It at that stage by flushing restarting programme and first few feed 1/3 NPK cal mag, but focus on anything you have that has mg in it. If not caught early clearly mg is a thing of the past you missed you chance to fix it and your crossing over into guessing, and that guess is nitrogen tox. But all started with mg deficiency, not all nutes getting locked out unfortunately and that's when the imbalance starts and you run into what you got.

Looks like extreme nutrients burn or light burn if using hps or maybe even both if you got light to close try move back and I would feed ph perfect water and maybe check the run of with a ppm hole all works out dude happy growing 👌👍😎

Best to link a diary to the question so we have the information to better help you. I had leaves also do this and my cause was the light was to close. Try bumping it up 5" and see if it continues on new growth. make sure to be adjusting the lights daily if they are stretching a lot. Best Of Luck!

You have no diary. Very hard to make a call without more facts, and plant history. Have you had leaf degradation. Are them parts of the leafs crispy?Cause I can also see it on the sides or am I wrong?, if I'm right, without knowing nute strength, flush and that, but again I'm guessing, but my guess is nitrogen tox. More details and I'll be able to make a better judgement or someone else might be able to pull a rabbit out their hat, cause that issue without seeing earlier signs could be a number of things. I'm not going to list because that won't help you in the slightest. Best of luck. Sry 1st message had to fix awful grammar, am high lol.
