Is this an auto flower?? if so that's normal.
if its a photoperiod you might have exposed it to extra long dark periods and that will cause it to go into bloom.
Your diary just says "NO" and custom breeder and stain info... but nothing else is mentioned in the diary notes of what this is.
Let is know what we are dealing with and can better answer your question.
Over all plant is looking good.

Unhappy SeedlingPlant is day 10 now and growing fairly slowly compared to most (atleast it feels that way) noticed it suddenly started growing at an unusual angle today. I recently added a small fan for a light breeze, VERY light. humidity at 50-60% and kept between 18 - 26 degrees. Any ideas?
