Black/brown spot after bent stem

Hello, about a week ago the main stem of my plant bented and i wrapped it to let it heal, but some days ago the leaves started curling down and i found this brown/black spot on the lower ones, the ph of the water is about 6.1 and ec is at 1.4.
Can someone help me?

Moist build up at bottom - overwateredI believe this seedling had too much moist. The soil was moisty when I filled the pot.
Somehow the pot feels very heavy now and seems there is a build up at the bottom. I made some airpockets to the bottom.
Should I wait or take it out and put it into a cup and dry the soil?

Stem Damage in High Winds/Tropical StormsI live in Thailand, it's very hot a the moment so we are prone to tropical storms. When this happens it's very windy.
I am concerned this will cause damage to the stem of the plant/s. Is it advisable to use a stake to support the plant stem, or will the plant just deal with it?
