I have a Aquafarm ( GHE ,clay pebbles hydroponics.) should I run the pump constantly or
do it with regular intervals say, 5 min on 15 min off. Do I run it at night? Any body any suggestions?
I do have a cycle timer ( mojo).

I prefer to run my pumps 24 hours a day as long as you have good drainage. You shouldn't have an issue with clay pebbles. By constantly recirculating your nutrients it keeps your solution fresh and oxygenated. It's the same concept as an aquarium setup.

I would put it on a timer. Just need to get wet once in awhile. Roots need air as much as cool water.

Can you please tell me if the sides need to be covered with earth?When I covered the soil in the beginning it wasn't like that, but after waterings the soil shrunk and now there is space between the pot fabric and the soil. GrowingHello,
During the first 3week the set up was 4 plants, 2x150w bulbs in a wardrobe. Lately I have divided equally the plans and light on a second wardrobe.but I noticed that the plants that I moved are slowed the growth..what u suggest?? Do you think it's normal???

Can I do 2 transplantation or should I do only one for autoflo seeds ? my biggest pot is 17LJust bought 2 new pots for the next grow, and I wanted to do something like using a 0.4L pot for germination, using a 5L one for a while till they get some height and then going to my 17L Pot I planned to put them in, Is it a good idea (autoflo) or should I do only one transp?Plant. Lowering temp in a small tent?My grow tent is small sitting at 85 degrees F and 30% RH.
My set up inside:
2 mars hydro TS 600s (culprit)
1 vivosun in-line fan with ducting pumping air out.
Small humidifier.
Coming soon:
Co2 bag (increase resiliency)
305 cfm circulating fan.

Well water PPM/EC looks REALLY high. What to do?I just did a quick test of our well water with a new cheap little meter and found that with our softening system on I hit 267PPM and an EC of 568(!). When I bypass the softening system I end up with 209ppm and and EC of ~450. Am I killin' my own plants?Setup. Other

Help cooling grow tent 4x4Please experienced growers I need advice. I’m runnning a 4x4 grow tent and the temp is constantly 84-87 degrees. How do I lower temp.
