Yes, spider mites big time.
No need to worry or do anything, your plants are ready for harvest anyhow and besides, spider mites "eat" the sap from the leaves and should not effect trichome quality at this late stage.
Just harvest and hang your plants branches upside down and the spider mites will disappear and take their webs away with them too.
Cleaning your grow space like a murder scene will be extremely important, otherwise they will be waiting to eat your next crop.
Whatever you do, DO NOT be tempted to spray anything on the buds that you will be consuming, especially neem, it is too late to treat this current infestation of spider mites and the last thing you want is to be consuming poisonous flowers!!
