Is my grow really slow?

Don't worry, that happens every now and then with autoflowers. Partly due to genetics and chance. I have two different cars in the grow room, which grow at totally different times under the same conditions.
Maybe your lady didn't like the LST that much, but as long as she keeps growing and the leaves look this good, you don't have to worry about her. Then it just takes 2 weeks longer than usual.
Oh by the way, please leave out Power Bloom, you won't need it until the 3rd week of flowering at the earliest.

I know that feeling! The first weeks are always a pain in the ass! But i think you should't worry to much, give her time.. she looks very healthy, the soil looks pretty dry tho..
Don't know what your method is but maybe you should water her heavily once so the substrate deep in the pot gets moist and roots can reach there.. some people only give their plants a little water in fear the plants drown but i think it is good to water fairly. Like i said, i dont know if that is the case..

Helmet head help!!!!So I had a seed that sprouted days ago that still had helmet head. I read online to gently squeeze with a pair of tweezers& remove it . I tried and soon found out that it just wasn't done it business. It was a few inches tall though. Will it bounce back or die. Anything I can do?
