Sick plant : When to harvest

Skjunk
Skjunkstarted grow question 3 years ago
Hello, My plant is a 2 month old auto. I had an issue 10 days ago where it appears that I did not get rid off toxic salt. Even though I flushed I feel like I did not manage to correct the issue. Should I rush the harvest because of the sickness ? Thank you ! (more info below)

yes and no. Its not a simple answer- But I do my best to explain it. Plants often have issues. Anyone who says they dont, hasnt grown much. Now we are trying to grow buds, So if the plant has issues along the way, as long as it doesnt affect the final buds, we work along side those issues, try to fix them or minimize them, and get to harvest. Burnt leaves from nute burn dont affect the final bud if you flush properly or allow natural stored nutes in the plant to be used up, so what if the leaves dont look pretty? So what if the pistal hairs are a bit burnt and brown too? WHO CARES!! Spider mites and mold are the only two issues that require early harvest- U cant smoke a bud covered in cobwebs or mold, so if you see a small mold spot on a large main cola, u can cut it out and let it grow, but often cutting it out will make it spread, So u may be forced to chop a main cola a week early like I had to, a few days ago. Lucky my plant has like 6 main colas, and 6 secondary main colas, so It wasnt too heartbreaking chopping a main cola the size of your arm, a week early. Unless your plant is actually dying or has the issues I mentioned, There is no need to rush harvest. if anything plants that got sick and recovered will take a bit LONGER in harvest than normal, but still get a good harvest. if your worried about salt build up, make sure u only water with plain water a few times before using any more nutes ok. Id be using plain water from now til harvest if its 2 weeks or less to harvest. And only use 50% strength nutes on Autos at the strongest ok, 30% strength in veg is fine, 50% strength in flower.

This is a RQS mimosa auto. According to the datasheet, the plant is supposed to be ready in approx 9-10 weeks. I know this is not 100% reliable. I know it is clearly early, but my question is : Does the health of the plant requires to act quickly ? Sorry about the not so detailed pictures. Thanks again
