HIGH TEMPERATURES

The light is more than you need for the tent, consider getting familiar with DLI and a light meter, you will find the correct amount of light and a reduction of temperature by balancing these issues using dimmer also.

I have a lot of mars hydro, biggest mistake people make is mount driver and dimmer on light then some time later complain that both don't work or wires have degraded. On light is for daisy chain in large areas, off light is for tent 😁

They are autoflowers and the light is 20/4,yes the other lamp that says on the box 400W didn't even close to processing this temperature hit,maybe it's 100W or smth but anyway I'm running the lights at night yes,and I have 3 fan working 2 airflows and one inside temp so idk I think probably try with mars hydro because plant maybe be more happy with this light,te tent is 40X40 140CM so if anyone wants to help me more DM me

if it's a 3x3 i'd run both.. 9sq ft is >2x the area of coveage. tht 400w is more likely 50-100w based on price. you still might need more in a 3x3.

at that price it is safe to assume the "400w" is an 'equivalent to...' value and not the true power consumption. mars is made in china too... the best diodes come from s korea... america makes crap nowadays, so i don't get this idea that china makes junk when everyone in the world is striing to be a low-cost leader making trash with higher profit margins.. ethnicity or pigment in skin doens't affect greed and other natural human predatory tendencies. heck, most of america's "excellence" were scientists fleeing WW2 europe.. not even homegown lol.... we stole everything! LOL anyway... it's produce more heat becaues it is more watts or similar watts with less efficacy. (i.e. more heat / fewer photons produced pe watt) is that a 2x2? 4sq ft... 150watts is fine on its own. In vege, you may even want a little more height or dim it a little if it has that option, while running 18 or more hours per day. 12 hous per day, full blast will do you good.. increase airflow or add an AC... run lights at night to take advantage of coole ambient temps? you have limited options. can't magically make the temperature drop without an AC o better airflow can be enough for small problems. thermometers have a listed +/- error... so it could be 1-2C lower than you think if it's a cheap thermostat and errs on high side... never know without verification.

Hello,hope everyone is doing good,I need some help guys,today i bought the mats hydro ts1000 150W,really good lamp but I have a problem,the temperature is about 31,5/32,5C the max it goes,I have a lamp that i bought here in Greece,led grow light full spectrum 400W 68$ but it's Chinese I think,the plants are alive because of this lamp.Anyway my question is should I keep the mars hydro or change it with the old one because the old one with the tent close the temperature was 29 and max 30C without the extra fan that I put today on,with the extra fan 28C and the night 26/27,the mars hydro with the tent open is 29.5C or 30.5C or max 31.5C during the day,with the tent close are 31.5 or 32Max what do you guys think should I change the lamp and use the mars hydro for winter or still growing with those temperatures,I can let the tent open all day but at night I need to close it,night outside is 26/23C with inside tent will be 26/27 with mars hydro,let me know
