Burning from feeding too much, too often. Chronic nitrogen toxicity.

Idk what nutes you are using but that's part of a larger problem. Your N tox has led to nute lock out in your plant/sub, you can see this in the new growth it's very light green, too light compared to the dark N tox leafs. Do a hard flush and restart your grow nute, focus on grow 5-1-3 ratio until you move into stigma. And then you know what to do, increase PK and all that you have a few grows under ur good grows under ur belt. Good thing she locked out the nutes or else N would have destroyed your plant, the rust spots is just part of the nute lock process showing signs of missing key marco nutes. Hard flush, you are growing in soil/coco whatever too much salts. Whatever you start her back on, introduce 1 nute at a time to get the key NPK back going to restart and push into pre-flower. Good luck pal.
