This is a full sun plant. It needs direct sunlight for maximum yields. Less sun equals less production. Yes, your plant will probably grow and do mostly OK but it may be more stretched (taller) and produce less.

Ideally your plant would need a minimum of 6 hours of direct sunlight to grow to its fullest potential, but if that is the only place you have to grow, why not try it and you will get something at least. Otherwise if you don't try, you will get nothing! Placing some boards painted with flat/matte white paint behind your plant will reflect a lot of light back to your plant, increasing its growth and potential yield without having to do anything too drastic or expensive. Go for it!

Hard to say. Sun is only one factor in an outdoor grow. The climatic conditions are also important for you, so I can't say yes or no any less. I could only grow one cold-tolerant strain on mine. I would also prefer an autoflower for a balcony grow. It takes less time to harvest.
