Hanging leaves (first couple)

The first pair of leaves is hanging down a bit and doesn't look healthy. Is it due to the distance of the lamp? I've been watering 40ml every other day only when the soil was completely dry up to 3cm deep. Humidity is at 65-80%. Please help. :)

Unfortunately, the Mars Hydro TS600 runs at 100% without a dimmer... I'll try hanging it a bit higher, thanks for the reply! @Apfelsaft94

if not, then increase the distance to 50-60 cm at least for the initial phase

Spotting issue consistent in all my grows. Have always thought Cal deficient but more Cal never fixes the issue. PH always checked with 2 PH pens 6.2-6.8.Always pops up around the same time in flower.. week 4/5. Brown irregular spots and occasional curling down on the fan leaves. The only things I have consistently used in all the grows is the LED light, RO water, and CALiMAGic. Switched to dry organics but now its back. N toxic?

Rust spots on lower leavesrust spots on lower leaves on mainly one strain, started at tip of leaf. Happened after res change and had PH swings during that time until it was adjusted/settled. Full EC again. PH swing? Maybe cal(or)mag issue? PH is back at 5.9 now, running bennies. Maybe Slightly droopy?

Spotted leavesI swear its been one thing after another, So changed nuts to open sesame did less the the required amount and this morning my leaves yet again have issues brown spots. Spayed her down with insecticidal soap last night. 2nd are my flowers/buds ok? Can she survive or.. 3w flowering

Persistent issues - wilted leaves, light-green splotches, brown rootsMy plant has these issues. I've rinsed off the roots in case it was nutrient buildup on roots, which I still believe to be the case. I have given this plant a good amount of nutrients the week before. Does this appear to be a deficiency? Any ideas?

Yellow speckles on finger of one fan leaf?This morning I found yellow spots visible on both sides of this one leaf. Soil mix includes diatomaceous earth (I top off each week) + 1/4 mosquito dunk crumbled into topsoil. Are spots a sign of fungus? Insect? Too much rain? Remove leaf/part? Spray Dr Zymes? Ty!

Sugar leaves turning whiteI am approaching end of flowering, it's 3 weeks remaining. One of the flowers on Laughing Buddha sugar leaves turn to white - first at the edges. I did cut them, should I worry? Or is it normal and genetics related? Pic with most leaves removed but I circled some with symptoms.
