Hanging leaves (first couple)

The first pair of leaves is hanging down a bit and doesn't look healthy. Is it due to the distance of the lamp? I've been watering 40ml every other day only when the soil was completely dry up to 3cm deep. Humidity is at 65-80%. Please help. :)

Unfortunately, the Mars Hydro TS600 runs at 100% without a dimmer... I'll try hanging it a bit higher, thanks for the reply! @Apfelsaft94

if not, then increase the distance to 50-60 cm at least for the initial phase

One of my plants (picture included in week 2) seems to have something wrong with it as shown by the white lines/bright discoloration on the leaves and new growths. The leaves themselves also seem to have a thinner shape compared to the other 2 plants. Is this cause for concern?

White spots on leavesI noted the appearance of some white spots on the leaves. Only the top part of the leaves seems to be affected, I cannot see anything on the bottom surface. I am giving her nutrients (biobizz bio grow 1ml/l, every 4-6 days), so I guess this is not a deficiency. Any ideas?

HelpHelp!! I have some issue with 2 red hot cookies. I grow them in a 100x100x200 tent with 2 mars hydro sp150 led Light with a distance of 50cm above the plants and they grow in soil and getting advanced nutriënts, 3.5ml of all nutriënts on 5l water with a ph around 6.5. Ec????
