never take them all off of any 1 node. (maybe in an extreme case, but also when there is time for it to grow back, lol)
you want deeper light penetration, but no loss of canopy coverage. if light hits leaves at lower noedes in flower, you'll get longer, fuller colas. If you improve light penetration in vege, you reduce stretching of axillary growth and otherwise blocked growth.
Don't create gapes in coverage. Don't remove too many leaves from 1 node as best you can. Have a reason to remove the leave.
internally and lower on plant, you remove stuff for airflow too.
