Yes getting a ph meter is very helpful. I would recommend staying away from the really cheap ones. You get what you pay for rings true.

you don't need to, but it help i personnally check my tap water pH every 6 month with colorimetric ph test (paper or liquid), it's rather stable around 8 so i just have to add 1 ml of ph down per 8l of water to reach 6,5 7

Calendário Plagron
Hey, if I follow this calendar, will I get some good results? My last harvests were my first ones, I'm not sad, the flowers came out beautiful and tasty. But the buds weren't hard and dense, I used Biobizz fertilizers. But no NPK supplements, was that what I was missing?

Flushing or feeding
Im already flushing the plant for 2 weeks but as the Trichomes are not changing much it will need some more time to fully develop. I want to see some (10%) amber trichomes. What should I do now? Continue flushing or give some organic nutrients again? Probably need 2 weeks more.

Biobizz Light-Mix vs All-Mix
Can Biobizz Light Mix sustain the entire life of an autoflowering (plus nutrients, obviously) or should be used for seedlings and first week? All Mix would a be better choice, or in the end just save you some nutrients and work? And for a classic photoperiodic? Your thoughts :)

Nutrients bottle lid ideas, please?
Hey there growers. Could someone recommend an alternative to the terrible bottle lids that nutrient bottles come with? I use primarily Advanced Nutrients in 1L bottles and every feeding I say to myself I need to find an alternative - they leak no matter how tight I seal them.

Ready for a flushing ?
As I don't have any magnifying glass or microscope to check the trichomes, I'm relying on the color of the pistils to evaluate the maturity of the plants. However, as it is my first grow, I don't really now if they are ready for a flushing. What do you think ?

When to start my flush (lots of close up pics)
I'm curious when I should to begin flushing one of my plants. I know I don't have a diary for her, but she's in her 6th week of flowering starting her 7th week on Wednesday (August 5th) and from what I've read Dread Bread takes between 8-9 weeks to finish. Any opinions?
