Its real to grow 20-30 grams on 1 plant in 3,5l pot with 600w hps, medium is soil with perlit from plagron, growmix. Need some training with lst or use sog method. The strain is XXL orange sherbet fast bud. It is possible?

Limiting factor there is your pot size. 3.5L is a bit on the small side, just under 1 gallon. If you up potted to a 3 or 5 gallon pot you would be able to pull a lot more with that light.
That said, you should still be able to pull that weight dry in a 1 gallon pot.
Keep an eye on her, she is likely gonna dry out quickly once she puts on some size.
I have a couple plants in nursery bags with about 3ish litres of soil, under LEDs at 26°c they need water every morning, the soil is dried right out.

Yes, getting 20-30 grams is very possible even for a first grow.
