Pale/Yellowing leaves, neewbie

Hello,
One of my plants have started to become yellow, and now its really pale leave. Started before bloom. I tried to water less (I was overwatering a little bit 1 mth ago. 1L/pots (18L) 2 Times a week)
I don't know how to save this one :(

you can use biobizz nuts every watering prolly at higher dose as 20% coco and peat is not super rich soil mix.
try there official chart for light mix and coco mix with 2/3 dose reccomended

The 1ml BioGrow + 1ml Topmax + 1ml Biobloom was in 1L of water that I spare for 2 plats this time (to not get the overwatering worst)
So they received 0,5L each plants ( with half nutriments)

I use biobizz products 1time per week (monday).
I was watering with 1L of water + 2ml of BioGrow
Then the pale-thing started, they spend 1 week without nutriments (because I stop watering, that was too wet).
Then the bloom started, so this weekend I gave 1ml of BioGrow+1ml of topmax and 1ml of Biobloom. Soil is coco (20%) and peat.

Temp 20-25°C, RH 35-40%, light "1000w niello" (Doubt) around 60-70cm away. Week 10, 2nd week of bloom. 18L pots, 15min of air every hours. 1month ago 1L/pots 2times a week. It's not thursty at all cause 1 week without water its still wet. Now i'm around 0,5L with nutriments (BioBloom, BioGrow BioTop, just a little) to keep them alive

Deficit or too much fertilizer or EC in the soil pls helpI have been mixing my water with distilled water for 2 weeks before adding the fertilizer to correct my EC downwards. PH6.5 EC 800ppm after Fertalizer.
Leaves are still Belbn but only top not bottom stems are purple....
I am honestly at a loss (2nd grow)

How can i Improve my Situation ? why yellowing strarts from, the Top ?people recommend flushing, i can't flush in my situation. So what can I do to improve the situation?
Less fertilizer in the future, I get it
I am now watering with distilled water / tap water mix EC after Fert ~750ppm PH 6.5
thougt driving with co2 increases the Nutrition need

Curled leaf tips Nevilles HazeMy Neville's haze is starting to be hard to look at. Cant tell if Is watering issue, nute burn or excess. I thinking maybe K deficiency. Shes been drinking close to 4 gallons of water a day or more and soil dries very quick. After watering I notice the new growth looks good

Is this Light Burn, or nutrient toxicity from nutrient dense soil?
2 Mars Hydro TS600 lights at 27" from seedling.
PH 6.3 misting soil - RH is 75-80%. - Temp is 77F
No light meter, so I estimate PPFD is in acceptable range despite using 2 lights in 2x2 tent.
