Your soil looks horrible. Caked and lacking in oxygen. Probably starved for oxygen at the roots. Check pH too because if you are feeding and your plants leaves look like that, they are lacking in something, and it could be a result of lock out from too much food or out of wack pH. I would get that plant out of that soil and quickly and carefully as you can and plant it in light fluffy soil with lots of perlite. You want to squeeze the soil in your hands and see if it cakes together or stays spongy and light and not compacted. Spongy, light, and uncompressed is what you want.
