1 week plant “snapped itself”

So my 1 week plant just folded on itself like it snapped. Never seen this happen before. I propped it up and hope it recovers. Any reason why it did that?

Give it a chance to come back to life if not just start over. That happens when over watering or not enough water also very high/low RH is no good for them. When they seedlings its like real babies u have to be on top of them . Good luck 👍

Damping off caused by being constantly too wet or in too high humidity. It is usually fatal. Unfortunately, not all seeds make it......
