Honestly, some strains just keep producing pistils right up until the chop. If you don't have any amber trichomes, YOU may think she's ready but SHE'S saying she's not and I'm unclear why you would start the flush without seeing them!
I would get her back on nutes, keep checking the trichomes and let HER tell YOU when she's going to be done. You're not running a diary on this grow so it's hard for me to give any advice beyond that! If they're autos, the amount of light will not matter to them... if they're photos, you can reduce the hours of light which MIGHT help. Good luck!
