Seeds will be ready before the buds. To know when a seed has matured it will start to pull away from the husk and split. Will be able to see a dark seed inside.
Pick the seed from the bud and peel the husk open it and let dry over night. If seed turns black /brown it's done. If stays white/green still needs time.
As for buds to be ready; wait till see 80-90% of the hairs turn orange/red and then look at the buds trichomes and should see them white milky and have mushroom shaped tops.

this i not because i want to pull them early thia is because i want knowledge before hand and im not working with a autoflower or fem. crop before this the buds became big a airy. before that was dense and preme. i found some plants in pre flower to week 3 or so. ill take more pictures and maybe some one can let me know. im not very documented but im getting better and will keep working on it.

1st Method to Identify Harvest Time: Pistil Method
Harvest when 70-90% of hairs have darkened for highest levels of THC.
Harvest when 90-100% of hairs have darkened for a more calming,
anti-anxiety effect as some THC turns to the more relaxing CBN.
2nd Method to Identify Harvest Time: Trichome Method
For the “strongest” marijuana buds with the most psychoactive effects, and the highest levels of THC, harvest when almost all trichomes are cloudy/milky

Get a 60x lighted jeweler's loop to inspect trichomes on the buds not the sugar leafs. Seeded buds stop growing when they become pollinated. Harvest when the trichomes are to your liking. I prefer 20-30% amber. Hopefully this helps.🤟😜
