that is hot soil, and not cut with perlite or anything, so i'd wait.
The plants look extra lush and have some leaf curl. This indicaates there are plenty, if not too much nutrients in soil.
i'd wait for a hint of yellow on cotyledons or if those were removed the first single bladed serrated leaves... or any hint of symptoms. definitely have to ramp up dose as the soil's contents are used up over time. it's always a little bit different with soil, but you can still becomes fairly familiar with a good process that works well.
if i recall, FF suggests an extremely high EC at full strength. i'd take what they suggest and cut it in half. this is what you'll slowly ramp up to as the soil is depleted. uncut? FFOF should last 6-8 weeks or so, i'd guess.
i'm not a fan of their nute line.. always missig something, always need to buy someting else that has no reason not being in the other bottles. fertilizing is simple.. not crazy complicated or unnecessarily sophisticated. i'd also sugest adding some perlite to any soil to reach 50/50 (including what perlite or vermiculite proportions came with soil out of the box). makes it virtually impossible to overwater. Does increase rate of irrigation, but will also use less while doing it... it still averages out for the plant the same as far asintake... if not better... more frequent irrigations can often help outcome.
