We have issues with pests but i'm not sure what they are. They are like little black flies. With very small round bodies, and their wings are transparent and a bit bigger than their bodies. They are leaving their little white eggs or larvae under the leaves. Any suggestions???

What’s going on with my plant It looks like it started flowering already I haven’t changed the light cycle from 18-6 yet but I did have a day where my power went out earlier for about an hr. Seeds came from a hermed plant also and are only 4 weeks old one of the plants def has flower signs.

Height Hi! This week my plant has not grown so much in height. It was 48 cm last week and this week it’s 52. I’m done some very light defoliation because big leaves was blocking so much light. Other then that I haven’t used any LST. Anything wrong here?
