Some strains have naturally occurring red stems, particularly indicas or strains with heavy percentages of indica genes.
If your plant is doing everything it is supposed to be doing, is it really a problem??
It has nothing to do with organic vs mineral nutrients or light intensity.
In extreme cases it can be a sign of phosphorous imbalance, but anybody using proper cannabis nutrients would not be suffering from this.
I have grown numerous strains that had red leaf stems and don't consider it an issue worth worrying about.
There is even a strain called "North Indian Red Stem"!
I would suggest that you just keep doing what you are doing and not be concerned by the reddish leaf stems.
Hope this helps, Organoman.
