Does anyone have an idea what could cause this slower growth? Could it be related to the fact that it is an autoflower?

Hey mate! Yeah, looks like it has to do with the "grow environment" with that i mean temperature, humidity and light and light. Your temp. seems to be pretty low, 25/26⁰C would be optimal. Optimal humidity for vegetative growth would be around 60% RH and last but not least, THE LIGHT, that plants need to be able to make the photosynthesis, that is the MAIN FACTOR. For an autoflower 18 hours of light would be optimal, if the plant has never direct 🌞 sunlight or artificial light (lamps) then it will not grow properly, so, yes, if you wanna grow indoor you will probably need a Light Source. Good luck 🍀

8 hrs of light will have slow growth. I would start feeding it some also. Cheers!

I think your missing a decent amount of light really. Depending on how much natural sun your getting will help. If its inside on a window ledge then it's not really going to grow quickly. Outside in a sunny spot would be best.
