Slow growing

I am having a problem with slow growing, not really sure why, I suspect this is related to over watering, this is Day 19. Anyone suspect there could be other reason?

Your medium is pretty drenched for such a small plant.. She only needs say 3 - 4 shot glasses of water right at her stem to help force her taproot to grow down instead of out.. But regardless of that point she's about the right size maybe a bit small because she's not growing in optimal conditions.. Just get things dialed in and she will blow up in no time.. In the next couple of weeks is when your see considerable improvement in size and vigour. Time to start feeding them and water alot less than you think for this stage probably only need 250ml every 2 or 3 days.

If it’s an indica strain it’s about it’s right size. Check mine for reference, I had the same question a lil while back.
It really just depends on your strain you’re growing.

Dark leaves and short/compact plant18 days from seedling. Dark and a bit rumpled/twisted leaves. Branches are coming out but they don't have much space to breathe from the big leaves. Started topping with some chicken manure pellets, too much nitrogen? Also, the 36W LED lamp is only 20 cm away.

My auto seedlings are short, is the light too close or is it the temperature?So I’m running the spider farmer SF 2000 LED. great in the summer as it puts off very little heat. Winter time here in Seattle now and my wife won’t let me turn the heat up to past 70. My seedlings are in great soil with domes, but think the temp is stunting them. Suggestions?Week 1

SOG in a 3x3I have 5 plants that germinated in my 3x3. 5 gallon pots. I plan on trying SOG method. I wasn’t expecting all five to germinate because couple of the seeds did not look healthy. 2 of the 5 look less healthy now. Should I kill the two runts now and just plant more next month?Plant. You are a SATIVA North Shore Maui! You grow tall like the sky! Strong like mountain! You are not descended from short plant!Currently overthinking this plant's development. Pep talk not working. On my first grow before this one, I remember seedlings being very tall/stretchy, I used a propagator then transplanted to pot, they ended up being 1.4M Tall (Northern Lights).

Started LST but now plants look a bit sick?I attempted to do LST but I think I've maybe started too early as some of the leafs started to wilt kinda bad afterwards. Was careful not to break anything. Edges are curling and have discolored. I have a feeling they're a bit short too?
