This is exactly how cannabis seedlings are meant to grow!
The small rounded "leaves" that are curved down are known as "cotyledons".
Their only purpose is to protect the growing tip as it pushes through the soil. Once the growing tip breaks out of the soil, the cotyledons peel back to expose the first true leaves, the serrated ones, to the light and beging the journey of life.
The next set of leaves always have a slight downward curve to them so that the growing tip has room for the new leaves to emerge.
So, you really have nothing to worry about, your seedling is fine and doing everything it is supposed to be doing.
