If you also using biobizz nutrients best to let them sit out overnight then adjust the PH if needed, they tend to drift downward. Ph in soil for me is a range of 6.5-6.8, the soil will manage most of its own PH with the biolife but low ph will kill some of it. May want to look into getting some inoculants in there in the future to help boost this. Also biobizz does not work below a PH of 6.2 I think this is on their bottles regardless of the medium soilless or soil. Good Luck!

oh and yeah optimal pH range for soil is 6.2 to 7.3. 5.8 is a good pH for hydro or coco not soil

pH too low for soil !!! 6.3 is minimum, 6.4 is maximum Its aftermath, now magnesium is in lockout. Could be first Calcium issues, that will lockout rest ... Phed dechlorinated water, good watering regime ( water only when pot light, even if she stop drinking, you have to wait) In a week I would add 0.5 ml of CalMag for few more waterings. Later would return to feed. I suspect they have too many goodies stored in those pots and it is all wet and with wrong pH.
