totally confused beginner

This is my 4 random seeds that I am just using to get a hand in the growing process before starting... Can't figure out how to keep Air temperature correct and humidity higher, and also the water temperature is low I guess.
Also do I need to add more nutritions?

Your right with the dose of nutes for this stage. The temps should be about 24 deg. Humidity about 65% for this stage of growth. If your temps are to low you may be pulling to much air out the tent to quickly with the extractor fan. A speed controller will enable you to slow that down a bit. I find if my temps outside the tent are 20deg then inside the tent will be 24/25deg. So in colder months I put a radiator on outside the tent

I don't give that much water anymore and no nutrients for 2 weeks.
Should I cut it all now?

Who sells best seeds online? Pic is seeds from local dispensary but have had "femanized" that were hermaphrodite from a few of that brand.Where should I buy seeds from online? I Googled the highest rated cannabis seed companies but most seem like sponsored articles. Milky trichomes but not done with flush // Week 8 flowering // Harvest now or later?Im in 8week of flowering (7.5-9 weeks recommended)
All tricomes i have inspected is milky and only discovered minor signs of amber.
The leafes have not changed color (1 week of flush,with BioBizz)
Should i wait for leaf color change before harvest? Even with up to10%amber pistels

Water 3-4 gallons everyday in 20gal bags with soil and it’s about 90+ degrees out. First problem is am I under watering? I never get run off even gave 5gallons each yesterday and nothing out the bottom.
