totally confused beginner

This is my 4 random seeds that I am just using to get a hand in the growing process before starting... Can't figure out how to keep Air temperature correct and humidity higher, and also the water temperature is low I guess.
Also do I need to add more nutritions?

Your right with the dose of nutes for this stage. The temps should be about 24 deg. Humidity about 65% for this stage of growth. If your temps are to low you may be pulling to much air out the tent to quickly with the extractor fan. A speed controller will enable you to slow that down a bit. I find if my temps outside the tent are 20deg then inside the tent will be 24/25deg. So in colder months I put a radiator on outside the tent

Increase humidityFinally got my hydrometer to n the mail. It reads 35 humidity. I think ideally it should be 40-70% .
I don't have a humidifier, been hanging wet towels and water bowl with a sponge in the box, but it not going higher. Could I use a spray bottle to spay directly into the plant?Other. General questions

Neem Oil in 3rd or 4th week?Can i spray one more time with Neem Oil now? 3rd or maybe 4th week of flowering now. Noticed that some leafs are being eaten. Product information says i can but i also read discouraging comments fron other users so im a bit in doubt. Ladybugs and praying mantisses also an option
