Bud Problems

Go to your dairy it pictures 6 of 6 see balls on the stalk so you have a hermie im afraid

How high is your temperature and how close are your lights from light to plant? I also responded to your other question so to put this together in this one: You have been overfeeding them and guessing( don't know how hot is it yet) overheating them. That would explaine why your buds look like that. Also, is your soil dry? Make sure you keep them wet but not to wet, your humidity on like 45-55% and your lightsource at a good distance. Yes you should get rit of that insect asap. Get some friendly insects to kill them if you want to stay 100% biologic or get some pray ( look if they are harmfull or not against buds). I would advice CANNA CURE, it not only kills insects, it prefends and it is also a good leaf nutrition. ( never spray when your light are on) Some insects might look not harmfull but if they poop, other insects get atracted to it as well. Seen starting some bad stuff with just flies flying arround and shitting. Good luck growing :)

forgot... light intensity is possible if only occurring on buds nearest the light. (doesn't guarantee, but along with other pertinent info may be enough to eliminate the possibility)
