It is the plant having one last desperate try to get pollinated/pregnant and is quite common with cannabis.
I would not worry about it, however I would be harvesting asap anyhow, they are plenty ripe!

Just starting to fox tail is all. When I see it I try to harvest within a week to two tops. I got one in a dwc bucket starting. So I am switching her to water later today
