trichomes are all milky cloudy, but no sign of amber trichomes, flowers are too heavy and stems can't support the weight

Should I wait to flip?Since I just transplanted and amended my soil using gaia green amendments and geared them towards veg. I saw articles about bud washing which seems to be a good thing except for higher mold risk.
