hey there Tremojem, i have to disagree with all my growmies on this one. Your flush worked really well and made the problem worse (before it would have made it better), basically you're adding several full doses of micronutrients , which raised the amount of calcium in the medium a lot and it caused a lock out. The flush was the right move , the only problem is calcium lockout takes a while to stabilize (5-10 days!) so when you gave nutrients again, especially micronutrients, it cancelled the recovery and the plant got worse. Right now you have to identify which of your nutrients contains calmag (i count 4!) and remove three, i would retain only bush doctor calmag. Water until runoff then water 10% more every time you water to get rid of the excess nutrients for two weeks. Hopefully that will be enough without doing a flush. Do this and your plant should recover in ten days. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Thank you to all of you. I tried the technique whereby you gently rub leaf to see if fungus sticks to finger. I even gently rubbed a leaf with a clean paper towel. I can say confidently that there was no fungus on either surface. If you read my history you would have seen the problem that started this event. PH and my improper flush are responsible and its hopefully on the mend. Spots, although very sparce, started to appear after I started the unorthodox flush method I used. One thing that confused me during my research was the recommended PH level. I read the article included in your answers and their recommending a PH level of 6.5. I typically shoot for 6.0 to 6.3. My next step is to find a trustworthy Nutrients PH Chart, to accurately determine the correct PH for most conditions. Hey, I am just learning so anything is possible...right? Thanks again.

lol @Chow_13 is the only one that came close. This is a Rust funges for sure. Lower your humidity to 45% my friend, this kind of funges loves high humidity. and get yourself some better airflow, they hate it. Remove ALL infected leafs, even it it has just one spot on it. get yourself a spray that has sulfur in it and spray your plant. Make sure you buy a biological spray and not a toxic one. Goodluck growing :)

I agree with @PremiumbudsEU... I think it's a manganese deficiency - but the most important issue is WHY... this is a micronutrient that requires a soil PH of no more than 6.0 so you need to flush and get the PH down... There's a great article from Royal Queen Seeds that addresses the deficiency and tells you how to fix it... https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-manganese-deficiency-in-cannabis-plants-n577 - Good luck!

It is possible. But usually the spots will be the second stage. 1 Intervienal chlorosis, 2. Necrotic spots devleop of severly affected leaves. The leaves that have the spots don't show Intervienal chlorosis. Manganese - https://www.ilovegrowingmarijuana.com/growing/marijuana-nutrient-deficiency-manganese/

Those seem like well defined circles where calcium deficiency is more of an irregular spot. I think your dealing with a fungal infection. Septoria leaf spot to be exact. If that is the only plant then I would turn off all fans and move it to a segregated location before dealing with it. Good luck Happy Growing.
