Nute deficiency?

Unsure what could be going on here so hoping some wiser heads could see me right as this is my first My waters pH is on the high side (Just shy of 7). I fed around 150ml of water with 0.15 of Bio-Grow 3 days ago and since have been keeping the medium moist. Advice is appreciated

Burning from feeding too early and/or too hot a soil mix. Plants in soil shouldn't need feeding for 3-4 weeks if growing in any type of decent soil mix.

I recommend you to water your plants with just water around 6,4 ph, without any nutrients. Mostly these problems start because of a nutrient lockdown, When your ph is to high or to low or When you overfeed the plant with nutrients, especially in the first weeks of the growth
