Yellow/black spots on outdoor plant. Any idea what’s causing this? Seems to only be impacting upper fan leaves.

Looks like leafhopper damage. Never seen them do those black dots but the yellow looks like it. They look like really small grasshopper. They are quick to crawl under leaves or jump away.

She looks healthy yet this leaf.....Does any see this before?

Leaf issues. Lockout? Need to Flush??Leaf issues started showing up in 2 of 3 plants, progressing fast.
Soil runoff tests have been v. high (2000ppm+) so we're assuming it's a lockout issue.
We watered 1 day ago, with 200ppm solution so pots are still very wet.
Better to let them dry out a bit or flush right away?
