Hello everyone A friend told my that I should cut the first leaves of my plants (the first that came out from the plants, not the cotyledons) What do you think about this idea ? And can this really maximize the size of the future buds ? Thank you for your responses ! :)

If you are a seasoned grower and know how you would like your plant to grow then yes you can . Topping that early is for main lining your plant. It’s an art in it self . If you just want to maximize your yield. Top it at the 4th node or 5th or 6 for a more bush like structure giving you more top colas rather than 1 main cola 👌🏾 Hope that helps if you have any other questions please feel free to ask . Good luck ✌️🏾

Just to clarify- you remover the tomato flowers, not leaves.

Hey there 👋 I’ve never heard that with cannabis- but I know it’s a common practice for tomato gardening. The purpose is to elongate the tomato plants veg time so it will grow bigger and end with a higher yield. However this is done when the plant is well established, not during the seedling phase. I personally would not try it Happy Growing 🌱
