every led is different. different light spread, efficiency, spectrum etc. post which leds youre using then maybe people can guide you in the right direction

Should I substitute sunlight with a grow lamp on cloudy days?It’s overcast here today and I’m wondering if I should turn my grow lights on to compensate for the lack of direct sunlight. If so, should I drop the intensity to compensate for the additional natural light? Can you overdo the amount of light (not heat) a plant gets?

Light height full power vs dimmed Hi, with light height, does it make a difference to the plant if I'm at full brightness and further away vs dimmed and closer? New grower and high tent temp. please help So I have a 2by2 tent and temperature is staying around 80 degrees. I have a total of 3 fans in there and lowered the wattage on my 1000w hydro LED lights.
