Lighting for 1 week plant?

Should I give my plant 24 hours of light at one week? I’m very new to this and want to learn as much as possible...

I always suggest a 18/6 light schedule. It saves on power usage and also gives your girls time to recover from their hard day. Some people have no issues With 24 hr light phase but it's all a personal preference! Cheers and happy growing!

18/6 is all you need for veg. Can run 24 hours if you like,won't hurt your plant

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

How to make stronger smell and flavour in DWC grows?Hi guys. Just harvested my second ever harvest, and 2nd time with DWC. Using HPS, then CMH for last 2 weeks
I'm really happy with buds, but the smell is a little less intense that I would like.

How many watts do I need for my small tent?I am using a full spectrum LED that draws only 30W from the wall but it might be too weak since my plant is getting lanky. 1 light or 2I have recently purchased a Mars hydro SP 3000. Great light.. It replaces my Blurple Mars hydro exo 120. I wanted to ask what peoples opinions are about me using both lights for veging. Reveg/Budding issueWhat is my plant doing? the days are almost 15 hours long so I don't understand why it's budding still, I expected it to reveg by now but no sign of rounded single leaves still. The days are getting longer not shorter, end of next month is when the days start getting shorter.

Can I move autoflowers into a different tent when they are in bloom mode with a different light strength?Hi guys,

Does my LED need more red spectrum for flowerin?I have an HLG 100v2 LED grow light at 4000K. They say 3000K is better for flowering. Does it make any sense for me to add some cheap red LED strips to add red spectrum? I’d rather not buy another more expensive light if I can just supplement this one. See picture.
