What % to keep lights at during late veg

My question was around what power % I should have my lights at? My light is 300watts so I am assuming 50% = 150watts? Is this enough to continue vegging my plant? I have noticed the growth isn't as vigorous.

As long as the plants aren't stretching and becoming floppy, they are getting enough light. To answer your question, i would start increasing the intensity of the light a week or two before you flip the plant into flower. Then, gradually pump the intensity up to 100% during flower. It will harden your plant to increased light intensity and could help prevent light stress and light bleaching. I hope this helps.

i have 240w quantum boards with dimmers, with photo 7-8 week of veg they are on max, later i drop distance few weeks before harvest and bombard them max. with autos they were on max during 2-3 week of flower. My first two weeks of veg usually are on 50%, then i raise it by 5-10% each week. You have a person with same light and his advice, think that kind is most accurate help you can get .. try to look for other diaries made with your light, compare or scroll just for fun. Happy Growing !!!

I grow under 200W and all my ladies are under 100% light for their entire lives... from the day they pop up out of the soil to the day they're chopped... So 150W is fine... and continuing to veg is only dependent on the hours of light they get - if you keep them under lights for at least 18 hours a day, you can probably veg them until the cows come home! LOL! But the issue of growth not being as vigorous is, I think, a result of your PPM.. this needs to be a higher at this point... right after cloning, you need a ppm of 500-600, vegging requires between 800-900ppm and when they go into flower, you want that to increase to 1000-1100 (some take it even higher but...) I think you'll see them do really well when you make that adjustment! Good luck!
