Hi all a little help please
I’m beginning on week 16 growing in coco Northern lights autos
Struggling with when to chop her down. Can’t see any amber very cloudy and seems to be having some fresh pistols growing. Keep letting her grow or do I need to chop

probably pretty close, but preference may make as much as a 7-10 day difference or more...
half the pistils are showing color and retracting...
3 good observations to help guide youself to a consistently timed harvest, relative to development.
1 pistil coloration
2 density
3 trichome coloration 10 to 70 % amber? i bet some go longer than that... i prefer an earlier harvest based on the buzz. google, read up on some opinions, but definitely figure it out what you prefer through eperimentation.
you can easily observe an early -to- late harvest in a consistent way for better comparison to figure out what you prefer... more amber? less amber? etc. Trichomes are probably the best of the three, but sometimes they are a bit odd on some plants. i've heard some don't turn amber no matter how long you wait. The other physical traits will help when the trichomes don't jive with overall development of plant... don't want it rotting on the stem, either.

Yeah man she’s ready to chop . Some autos won’t show amber trichomes no matter how long you leave them .

Can't c any amber?. Half the thing is orange.
She looks more than done to me bro. I'd chop her. I see all the clawing try pull back on so much N it should stop any new pistils from popping up. That I'm not sure about, the pistils not popping up.
But she's done.

New buds, keeping or removing?What about the new little buds in the lower part. I can't imagine they'll grow big. And the plant could put her energy into big buds instead of "wasting" it for the small ones. Or causes the removing too much stress?

Bud rot? Mold?My plant is a bit problematic ("quick one" Auto from RQS, outdoor balcony grow).
