It looks like a phosphorus deficiency. Some times having excess of other nutrients can block out other nutrients. If this was a lower older fan leave I would worry about it. When ever you have a deficiency it's recommended to do a flush on her. If you use a TDS meter see what her runoff TDS and ph are in range. Adjust your flush water to be 5.8 to 6.5. I run my autos 5.8 to 6.2 whenever possible nutrient absorption is best in the 5.8-6.5 ph range. The last 1/2 gallon of your flush add your nutrients. Any leaves that where effected will not improve but it will prevent unaffected leaves from showing signs hopefully. It looks like you have a number of weeks till harvest sometimes the leaves look worse for wear by the end of the grow anyways. Hope this helps.👍

It is a Phosphorus deficiency. Obviously add some extra P. I can see purple petiols on the leaves so can be a Magnesium deficiency too. I bet on a Phosphorus and mag deficiency

I don't think so. I think it's just where you've watered with nutrients and it's dried on in the sun similar things can be caused by heat stress or wind stress. If it's just one leaf or seems odd to be a calcium deficiency or any defiency at that.... Is it on a part close to the fan or one not getting enough light or one getting to much light?

That looks like a calcium deficiency. I'm not sure why you would encounter that in soil, but it can happen. Have you watered until runoff and tested the ph of that? Maybe your mediums ph is a bit out of whack? If not You might just want to add a little calmag to your feedings. If its only 1 leaf, I might not really worry about it too much yet. Hell, I had a plant with a really bad calcium deficiency towards the end of flower due to me using a dechlorinator and it causing calcium to be unavailable. That plant still wound up having a great harvest with nice buds, the leaves just looked ugly as hell. So maybe give it another 3-5 days and see if it gets much worse? If it does and your ph is solid then add a little calmag or another form of calcium.
