Defoliation 2nd week of flower / Should i remove more?

Its 2nd week of flower and i did some defoliation/pruning
I removed about 8 branches on my 4 plants ( all the ones the didnt reach near 50% of height)
I also removed som sugar leaves and fan leaves in the bottom, and two in the top to expose some underdevoloped buds.

Just remember -
More leaves = more energy being made = more growth.

It looks fine pal.
You have nice growth if you are worried about lower growth not reaching the net then do a 2 net set up and move the lower nodes around the net and then the next net up you can move the buds to the nets that match the ones below that have no buds in them. Sorry if I'm not making sense. But it's all about managing the buds and moving them into the right light position. Even if they all aren't on an even level once you have the lower sets getting light and the top ones getting light. (Yeah they might be getting more light) but once the lower buds ain't on the nodes the top ones then you not bringing any energy away.

Too much trimming up top?I read defoliating throughout week 3 of flower is around the last time you should trim. I cleaned up the bottom real well, but Do you think I trimmed too many fan leaves up top? A lot my bud sites have one fan leaves and the nodes under it have none at all?
