Brother you have mold. You do to check to see you if have any bud rot and do damage control. Cut out the rot, rot is rot it'll just fester and spread.
If you are having issues with RH you need to dial in your air exchange. You don't have enough of decent air exchange and possibly moving stale air around. If you are not using a co2 sub then you have to have a good air exchange that brings in the outside o2 that holds enough co2 that suits 90% of growers. Co2 you need sealed tent and a good understanding of air exchange. And sorry but if you are dealing with this co2 is something you simply are not ready for yet. Not cause you lack the skills but cause you need a top dehumidifier, AC units or timers for exhausts to reg temps and then you need co2 subs cause you aren't bringing in new co2 through o2 exchange
If you don't have a good dehumidifier. Then you can try this. Set up an exhaust. On the top right of your tent and open are partly open the bottom left (if you get away with fully opening it and holding a negative seal then you good, but you want a negative seal as this will make sure you have good air exchange then you can hook up a simple 180degree fan to cool your canopy.
I've had pretty good dealings with growing in high RH. no it's not recommended but think about it. Ppl in places like CA and many other countries their RH hits 75 but once you know when to feed and good air flow. Also you can regulate when you water your plants. As if you water all at the same time you are making a lot of extra RH with leafs transpiration. Lots of stuff like that but air flow is key if you struggle with RH. Idk what ppl have said below but I'm sure it'll nearly the same. Air flow bro.
Good luck..
