pro is a broad term does gardening for the last 25 years and growing cannabis for the last 7 qualify me as a pro? if so, you’ve overfed your plants and you shouldnt have the fans blow directly onto your plants. it has a super bushy and short morphology which could have been improved by giving it less light during veg and early bloom. other than that its atleast alive and growing if this is an auto you cant do much but if this is a photo i think you also flipped early or had sub-optimal vegging period but seeing one of your plants hermied i guess the space was full and now its empty. thats why its a good idea to keep clones. weed out these hermie and other undesirable traits with a quick sog and keep the most hardy producer with juicy buds and off the charts potency. something that can only be done with photos by the way
