Yep, male flowers.
Best to sacrifice one plant to protect the other 11.
For some pictures of both male flowers and hermaphrodite flowers, go to my diary "cannabis conundrums" and in week 7 you will find those pictures, as well as some other interesting pictures of some of the weird and wonderful things cannabis plants are capable of growing. The pictures may also help you to positively, 100%, identify what is going on with your plant.

Hi!
Definitively male flowers.
Your plant may be hermi or true male (depending of how look the flowers in the entire plant), anyway if you have 12 other plants around, don't take any risk and cut off this one.

Prep for harvest timeHi Everyone,
I switched to flush today Mar 18 and am planning on harvesting on Mar 21. Would you recommend this small of a plant even cutting up branches or should I hang the whole thing? She was topped and reburied several inches deeper so only showing 15 inches but very wide.
