Pollen sacks or powdery mildew?I noticed what I thought was powdery mildew on a leaf, then noticed funny looking things right next to the powder. Do u think its safe to use pond water for watering?Theres a pond near me(man made) with carp in it, Its connected to a stream which goes through the woods. Is there a way I could test the water if its safe, mabey some testing kit?

What is the problem here?PH is correct. Humidity is correct. Watered yesterday. Run off is correct. They were like this the day after the last water.
