Nutrient Burn?

Treecutter
Treecutterstarted grow question 2 years ago
Too much N? Oldest leaves are affected generally although some younger leaves showed burnt tips. No obvious clawing. Temps have been somewhat lower lately around 25. Fed twice @ 1ml/l of Biobizz fish mix. Decided to flush with straight water just in case.

Look at the growth. He needs a better NPK ratio. Fish mix is not enough for a suitable grow nutrient throughout the grow.

I used root juice for the first week or so. Then onto fishmix, as soon as she starts flowering I'll switch to biogrow & bloom as per the feed plan. Seems to be a toss up between mag def or nitrogen def or both. I suppose I'll let her dry out, if the burn worsens I guess I know I need to up the feed & potentially up the Mg. Thanks

you are not gonna need a bloom nutrient until you actually hit bloom phase. cannabis doesnt need much phosphorus eventhough some growers believe it needs. there is scientific data proving it so dont worry about P too much. that yellowing between leaves is magnesium def. hit it with a light dose of epsom. calmag is not needed in any grow done in peat as long as you are giving it good base nutrients. fish-mix is fish and its a full spectrum nutrient as oppose to chemical a&b formulas. until last year or so biobizz didnt even offer a calmag product but since they realized they can sell one more bottle to newbies they hit the market with one haha start them off with an even smaller dose and alternate between feed and water and you’re gonna be fine.

OO and your temps. Are fine. Under 25c is recommended for veg and when you get into later stages of flowering you can push the temp up as it usually goes hand in hand when you try bring down RH temps will go up. Good luck..

OK. After going through your diary I see you actually need to up the NPK ratio as if you look close you can see light yellowing in between the fan leafs. It's very light you gotta look really close As for what you are using. Fish mix. You are going to run into issues if that's all you are using. You need some core base grow&bloom nutrients. Biobizz is ineart and has no EC value so you are running an auto so soon you'll be running into micro nutrients defs. But you need a better NPK value, there is too much N but also not enough P and more important K. + a calmag is needed in light mix soil as it tends to lean more on a coco mix but you do need to follow with water feeds or what I do give low calmag+water or enzymes+water a root stim or an enzyme would be good for a good breeding ground for bacteria as you are in soil so you are missing out on that area by not using an enzyme or root stim of some sorts. Look up some grow and bloom biobizz or get a G,B,M from 1 of the many brands out there and calmag +enzyme all you can get with biobizz. Good luck.

yeah probably a little burn just dont feed for a little while and it’ll grow out of it you are in light mix so you’re supposed to feed them but alternate between feed and water. i see a little magnesium def hit it with a low dose of epsom salts. also you shouldnt wet the leaves at that point. those droplets sometimes cause burn or pm to take hold.
