Strange white Insect.. Dangerous or not ?

Hi, i found on internet that insect is a RICANIA SPECULUM; fortunately the plant was almost in the drying phase and there weren't many insects so I worked on them manually, eliminating practically all of them.

That’s a strange looking critter. Perhaps try some neem oil.

It's terrifying whatever it is. And growlady talking about "it's spidermites" what? Lol?

This is pure nightmare fuel. Try to purify your plant without resorting to fire if possible.

Nothing is closer to an alien than that. Just spray water with soap on the night.

I used my app, iNaturalist, to look this little critter up and they're pretty certain it's genus ricania - which is a catepillar and most of the genus is injurious to cannabis... If this was my grow, I'd be getting out the BT spray or the Dr. Zymes and getting rid of these guys... like NOW. Good luck...

If its a spider, and its massively too big to be a mite, spiders eat insects, its all good. And relax.

WHITE SPOTTED JUMPING SPIDER - wall jumper. Thats what it looks like to me. A spider mite maybe? Yet it looks more like jumping spider. In short it's a spider and not good for plant always. Some spiders eat bad stuff,yet they all creep me out. I hope it helps and hope to see a GROWDIARIES from u soon.BLESSINGS ON ALL U GROW!
