I have a question about Vivosun Air Filtration Kit for grow tents. I am not using the air filtration system in my current tent. I have noticed the humidity and temps are much easier to control without the filter. Has anyone else experienced raised temps and humdity using a filter

If the filter is affecting your results your fan is too small, or the filter has too much resistance. I sized my fans so they operate normally at 30-50% of capacity. This helps keep them whisper quiet and leaves plenty of head room for emergencies if you need to crank it up.

Air filters will restrict the airflow your fan is doing. So if you have a fan set on 3 and you put an air filter on you would have to raise it to a 5 or more to compensate for the restricted airflow.

More air movement and quicker air exchange makes it easier to keep cooler but the fan is louder

6" Fan in 3x3 TentI bought a 6" fan for a 3x3 Vivosun tent and I'm noticing a good mount of negative pressure even at the lowest setting. Do I need to get a 4" fan? There are some vents on bottom sides of the tent. Can I use those to lessen the pressure? Thanks!Setup. Ventilation

Humidity spike?Hi there,
I'm having weird issues with my humidity, it seems to be fine (40-50%) for 70% of the day, but the remaining 30% of the day it spikes up to 60-65%.
Temps stay reasonable in the 5x5 tent, I have ducted air-con in the house which is on most of the day.

How can I reduce the heat in my 5x5 tent (650w light bar/6" ac Infinity and a ton of fans) without AC? Do I have to leave tent open?5x5 tent is in a kind of lung room (utility room) that stays around 20C/68F. The tent always seems to be at 30C86F with lights on. Ive added and moved fans, opened more intake vents. I have AC, but its -25C/-13F outside. Id like to drop the daytime temp 5ish degrees for flower.

Controlling environment in closet with no intake fan?I'm growing inside my closet, and I'm having trouble controlling temp/humidity.
