Hope this one lives up to its name because my region is not particularly known for its long summers. Fingers crossed, we will see.

Pretty uneventful, growing slowly (but surely, I hope). There's not a lot of sun these days unfortunately :(

It already started to show pistils, did not expect to see that so early (oh well, her name is Quick One after all). Fed it with some Biobizz Bio-Grow and some Bio-Bloom as per Biobizz recommended schedule. Also started some LST, let's see how it turns out.

Big week for my plant (and for me) since I just received my first indoor equipment. I got a Mars Hydro tent kit with TS 1000 - 150W. First mistake: I set up the tent but I did not have the required tools to install the filter and exhaust, I also did not have circulating fan. But I thought I can still try the lights, it's just one day, what could go wrong. Well, my plant did not like that at all, the leaves curled up and look burned. On top of that, I think the lights were too close. Now I set up everything adequately (I hope), the distance between the light and the plant is 60cm (=24"), which is the distance recommended by Mars Hydro. It's quite exciting to start my first indoor grow and a bit scary as well. Other than that, nothing special. I fed it as per Biobizz recommended schedule, and some minor LST (I adjusted the wire).

My tent is located in a closet kind of room (5x2 meters) and I was wondering if could close the door during the night because the fan is a bit noisy. Will it fill the room with exhaust air/humidity and damage everything inside (the plant, also the clothes that are in the room)?

Depends on your environment really. The best thing you can do is close the door and check in every hour, or maybe even half hour to start, to see how the environment changes. People grow in sealed rooms so they can supplement CO2 but they have very strict environmental controls, you definitely at least run the risk of fucking things up by cutting down air exchange if you are not careful!

Fed some bio-grow and bloom as per Biobizz schedule. Since the leaves got burned last week, the plant doesn't look that great. I am wondering if I should remove the damaged leaves or not, does that even change anything?

It would be an understatement to say that this plant does not look good. It looks a bit stunted, doesn't seem to grow a lot. The leaves have yellow spots/stains all over and I have no idea where it comes from, any opinions would be very much welcomed. I am thinking about getting a ph kit, never bothered to get one outdoor, it didn't seem necessary at the time. Definitely not a big harvest expected from this Quick One, but what can you do, you live you learn :)

starting to smell a bit, very pleasant aroma when you touch the buds. I still don't know exactly what's the cause of the discoloration of the leaves but I'm not too worried about that anymore, it should be close to the end now anyway (kind of). i've been told it might be cal-mag deficiency but I don't have any cal-mag amendment at hand. The only thing I got is dolomite lime. I might try.

I am patiently waiting for flowering to be over and no matter how small the yield will be I think I'll be satisfied considering the delicious smell of the buds. otherwise it's not looking very good, I'm not entirely sure what caused her to be so stunted (moving from outdoor to indoor? that's when it started).

I've been watering, feeding and waiting. Not much more to do at this stage for this little freakshow. Shouldn't be too long before harvest I hope.

It will be the last week for my Quick One. It probably could use a bit more time but I would like to make some room in the tent for my healthier specimen.

Happy Harvest Day!

Strain with a mild high that you surely can use during the day. Very relaxing. Some issues during growing but it was entirely caused by my own mistakes. Definitely will grow it again in the future.

It could have used more time under the lights for those buds to mature a bit more but I wanted to make some room in the tent for the healthier specimens (namely my Purple Queen Auto which is now occupying almost half the space in the tent). This Quick One was very stunted, I attribute this to the shock caused by moving her from my shady balcony to the indoor setup. Evidently the harvest suffered from this and I got 10 dry grams of bud (which is not great but it's still 10 grams more than I had yesterday). The smell however is amazing, a bit fruity, and I can't wait to taste it (I'll update after a 2-3 week cure). I will definitely try again in the future, I'm confident I'll get way better results if I start under the lights. Smoke report after curing for a few weeks: Excellent taste! It's fruity and herbal as the smell would suggest. The high is very mild and relaxing, you can use it during the day and function properly.

The leaves almost look as if she tried to reveg. Im assuming possibly from moving indoors after being outdoor? Idk what the light schedule was outdoors and what you I had it indoors.im no expert. Just a thought? Happy growing man!

@DaddyPrime, yeah I'm pretty sure it was the shock of being moved from outdoor to indoors. Lesson learned

I am very new to this whole scene, the growing side that is.. been a consumer for over 30years. I currently have a 8week old quick one in a tent that's nearly 1.6m tall with a top primary kola bigger than a golf ball on a stem longer than my forearm. With about 12 other secondary Kolas... I too have it on biobizz. How come this looks stunted and warped.. is it a growing technique or something? Is this what LED does to them?

@Chucky, hey Chucky, I started it on my shady balcony and during the first four weeks of its life, the growth was extremely slow. Then I got my indoor grow and moved it inside. I think the shock stunted it, that’s when it started to look so gnarly. So definitely not a technique and surely not because of the led :) only my poor skills.
