You are going to get a lot of very different answers. THere is no real "right" answer as there are things left to opinion. Go to youtube and type your question there and watch a few on the subject. BTW for now I try to flush @near 100% milky for at least five days (DTW and coco) WITH a flushing agent which drastically cuts flush time. The tricones will continue to mature during the flush so you end up with a small percentage (10%-ish)of amber/red trics at harvest. A week would be better two .. meh I dunno. Using flushing agents -for the first BIG flush at the very least- does mean PHing (here there is a lot of confusion) the water as you are interacting with the roots, breaking the bonds with nuets and salts there. If we were only washing the pot of nuets no agent would be effective but since they are... Flush until PPM shows the pot clear-ish of nuets and then you can just give a healthy watering daily (in coco). It's where I landed It does improve the quality even if the chlorophyll remains as Ive had plants stay pretty green even after some serious flushing. Watch the vids do as you see fit. Have fun

basic answer is NEVER. lol. It is a widely accepted myth that comes from the industrial growers. The saving on 2 weeks nutrient feeds and also the time using up chlorophyll to improve taste is massive on crops that are acres wide. Their loss in yield is minimal compared to this saving so they flush. For us the loss in yield over STARVING your plants at a crucial time for yield and terpenes is non sensible. Plants cannot wash out nutrients EVER. Sadly it has become bro-science and now companies have twigged it , the myth keeps growing. I feed plain water for the last week in coco grows to signal the plant to hit her fan leaf stores. When I grow in nft/rdwc I only do it for 3 days. The winning part of harvesting is the drying process ,period. Allowing the plant to use up the green ( chlorophyll) in her by not trimming at all until ready for jarring and keeping her drying time Dark , low temp ( 19°c for me) with air exchange and around 10 days to dry. Trim ALL leaf out once dried as these are what gives the harsh kick to dried weed. The low and slower method will save a lot of her terpenes too. so many people can ruin a harvest with a quick dry and it is such a shame after all their hard work.

You want to aim for a flush 2 wks before harvest. By that you watch the tricomes. For me I wait till most the tricomes are mushroom heads and falling over. Flush, then feed diet of 1 tbsp molasses to 1 liter of water. Once tricomes start turning color I cut all watering. Let her pull nuits from leaves and roots to finish off.

Preferably after going number 1 or 2. A lot of Cannabis Growers Don't flush their plants with just Phd or products like Flawless Finish. Green Planet Nutrients(Cannabis nutrient company) Recommends flushing with their product rezin and liquid weight. But don't take my word for it. Do some of your own research brother. Lots of other info out there if you look for it. Take the time to research on your own, you got some time before flower ends and you'll thank yourself in the long run. #flushtoiletsnotplants

Your plant looks like it has several weeks to go. The only reliable way to tell is to get a 30x or 60x magnifying glass and monitor your trichomes. When you start seeing amber then you know you are close. If you want max thc levels then you want as many cloudy/milky trichomes as possible. I usually start flushing when I get 5 to 10% amber on mine. Harvesting early will give you a more energetic high and waiting until you get more amber will give a more sedative effect. Good luck finishing up your grow!

The most correct way to know if the plant is ready for harvest is to observe the trichomes with a lupe or a microscope. The right time to harvest is when the trichomes are usually milky in color and one or other trichomes are amber. If you do not have a magnifying glass, the second best way is the color of the pistils, it is necessary to make a general assessment of the plant, the pistils must be 75% orange and 25% white and are ready for harvest. if you go beyond those levels that I told you, the buds gave higher, but they lose their quality in flavor, it's a matter of balance. in your case, I would give them about 4-5 weeks more to harvest . Last 14 days just water. Flush 3-4 days before harvest.good luck mate 🙏💪🍀
