Depends. Ideally, your runoff will be very close to the nutrient mix. This indicates that the plant is taking in equal parts water and fertilizer.
This really only works if you have mixed in the right proportions and have the proper pH. Temperatures and humidity can also throw things off balance, but its still generally a good goal to have.

trichomes are all milky cloudy, but no sign of amber trichomes, flowers are too heavy and stems can't support the weight
